Please join the family to help celebrate the life of Patrick.

All guest will be required to wear mask during the service.
In lieu of flowers, Ty would like to make a donation to the Sacred Heart Hospice. Donations can be bought in an envelope to the service for Ty to collect and take to the Hospice.
Following the service, Patrick will be laid to rest at Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park at 12pm.
